Acceptance of Terms. By using https://mountainmaidcohuntington.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Service Description. This Site describes Residential Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning, Deep Cleaning provided by Mountain Maid Co. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://mountainmaidcohuntington.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Mountain Maid Co or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Account Closure. Mountain Maid Co reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

As-Is Basis. https://mountainmaidcohuntington.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Mountain Maid Co makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Limitation. In no event will Mountain Maid Co's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Mountain Maid Co from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by WV law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in WV for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
